Full description of the position

This position is fully remote with travel up to 70%, including weekends. Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Indiana (IN), Michigan (MI), Ohio (OH), or Kentucky (KY). Summary: Responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives by developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners. Represents the entire range of company products and services and engages directly with dealers and prospective customers. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. * Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations. * Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. * Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. * Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. * Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. * Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally. * Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel. * Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements. * Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners. * Proactively recruits new qualifying partners. * Provide dealer support for sales with sales training, Return On Investments (ROIs), cost analyses, and application developments. Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activity and forecasts within the CRM and other updates as needed. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new and existing products. * Provide trade show support before, during, and after the assigned shows. * Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and three (3) to five (5) years relative work experience, such as a comprehensive sales knowledge of flatbed and wide format digital Inkjet markets for solvent, UV Curable, Dye Sublimation printing, as well as roll and flatbed cutters. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
