Job Summary: Director of Sales Job Summary (Salary Negotiable) The Hotel Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for the hotel. This position involves working closely with the hotel's other departments to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. The Director of Sales will also build relationships with current and potential customers and for providing feedback on industry changes and trends. The Director of Sales Duties and Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet established goals * Monitor progress of sales efforts and adjust strategies when necessary * Monitor industry trends and changes and provide feedback to appropriate departments * Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to help increase brand loyalty * Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other advertising materials * Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner * Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement * Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction Director of Sales Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality industry * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices * Knowledge of Property Manager Software and other relevant sales technologies * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs If you are a dedicated hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we invite you to apply for the position of Director of Sales.
