Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence and military operations, with a focus on joint operations and special operations. This role is essential in identifying and attracting top talent to support our mission in the intelligence community. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Duties * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position. * Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, and social media, to identify potential candidates with expertise in areas such as electronic warfare, intelligence analysis, and counterintelligence. * Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization. * Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly within the intelligence community. * Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Experience * Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably within military or intelligence sectors. * Strong understanding of joint operations, special operations, signals intelligence, and intelligence targeting. * Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates. * Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
