We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively market our services to potential clients. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth. * Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics. * Collaborate with the business development team to create strategies that enhance market presence. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that address client needs and demonstrate product value. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Experience * Proven experience in sales or account management. * Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Proficient in using softwares for managing customer relationships and sales processes. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions that drive business growth. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
