Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team! Your target market includes independently owned restaurants, cafes, bars, corporate centers, micro markets, hotels, entertainment venues, and universities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. You will work directly with the owner of the company and the sales manager to help you develop and implement your sales plan. Responsibilities: * Generating leads, sales presentations and product demonstrations * Negotiating contracts with potential clients * Leads will be generated utilizing a strategic approach consisting of email campaigns, social media postings, networking, developing strong referral partners and various direct outreach campaigns. * You will also immediately engage with hundreds of contacts generated from trade shows and previous marketing activities. * The role also includes training clients with the use of backend systems and monitoring activities, regular maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Requirements: * The ideal candidate must have proven successful sales experience and be coachable regarding techniques intended to achieve their objectives. * You must also demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of the vending and food service industry is a plus. You must also demonstrate these skills: * Proven success in achieving sales goals with specific examples. * Evidence of excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills. * Experience in obtaining leads from multiple sources, including face-to-face networking, social media, referrals, and direct outreach activities to build a strong sales pipeline. * Strong social media skills to educate and generate quality connections, referrals, and leads. * Successful examples of past strategic partnerships. * Experience with CRM's. * Examples of customer meeting agendas demonstrating your preparation skills. * Comfort with all aspects of technology. * Ability to take direction and be fully accountable for results.
