Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience. You will engage with clients through various communication channels, helping to generate leads and facilitate appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities * Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products and services. * Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments. * Assist in managing inventory control by updating records and ensuring accurate product availability. * Collaborate with the sales team to support ongoing sales initiatives and campaigns. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary. * Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred. * Strong background in customer service with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. * Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. * Experience in sales management or sales support is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
