Requirements * Proven experience in a sales or call center environment is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to type efficiently while communicating effectively over the phone. * Proficient in data entry and familiar with using computerized systems for sales tracking. * Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyze situations effectively. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
