Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs in our store. You will be responsible for maintaining the sales floor, maintaining a sales goal, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. * Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. * Maintain stock levels on shelves and assist with inventory management. * Conduct product demos to promote new items and encourage sales. * Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Uphold excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems is beneficial. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. * Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain stock levels efficiently. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and promotions.
