Sales Assistants Remote - Work from Anywhere We're hiring sales team members! Seeking exceptionally detail-oriented, self- motivated, and efficient individuals with a strong passion for marketing. Responsibilities * Support business development team * Attend client and prospect meetings and manage follow up * Maintain tasks and follow ups on Microsoft Planner/Teams * Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence * Maintain CRM database * Build and maintain strong relationships * Create presentations using PowerPoint, Canva and other software * Create and maintain prospective customer lists using ZoomInfo * Arrange meetings and conference calls for sales team * Create reports and help with QBR data analysis Requirements * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work * Strong organizational & time management skills with attention to details * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests and directions * Passion for marketing and advertising industry * Willingness to learn * Competency in Microsoft Office365 * Experience in graphic design or Adobe Illustrator is a plus! * 2-3 years experience * Bachelors degree preferred To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to: [please apply online]
