The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Business Development & Sales to lead, grow, and optimize our high-performance sales team (10-15 reps). This role is for a strategic, hands-on leader who excels at: Scaling and optimizing a sales floor for aggressive revenue growth Recruiting and developing top sales talent to maintain elite performance Driving strategy, coaching, and execution to hit and exceed revenue targets If you have a proven track record of scaling revenue , building high- performing sales teams , and driving consistent, predictable growth , this is your opportunity to take ownership and make a significant impact. What You 'll Do! ~Lead and drive the inside sales team (10-15 reps) to consistently exceed revenue targets ~Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent to ensure peak performance ~Develop and implement sales strategies to scale revenue from $6.5M to $13M in two years ~Set aggressive but achievable KPIs and continuously optimize processes ~Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and high-energy performance ~Stay ahead of market trends and competition , adjusting strategies as needed ~Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales objectives with company goals ~Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations What We 're Looking For!
