Overview We pride ourselves on outstanding customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our clients. We are growing rapidly and looking to add a motivated Inside Sales Representative to our team to help expand our reoccurring service contracts. Duties * Make outbound phone calls to recent customers using provided lead lists * Educate clients on the benefits of recurring window cleaning services * Offer and sell customized reoccurring service packages (bi-annual or tri-annual) * Record client interactions and sales outcomes in our CRM system * Follow-up with interested customers and close contracts * Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets * Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding Skills * Prior sales, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred (especially in service industries) * Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills * Comfortable working with scripts while personalizing conversations * Highly organized with attention to detail when recording client information * Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
