At CTU Precast, we are a leading provider of innovative concrete precast building product solutions, from manufacturing to delivery and installation of our high-quality products. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our business within the precast concrete industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and promoting the company's concrete precast products and services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and developers, while staying abreast of industry trends and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the concrete precast industry. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. * Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and expansion. * Drive sales of concrete precast products and solutions to meet business goals. * Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials. * Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition. * Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development strategies to senior management. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). * Minimum of [5] years of experience in business development or sales within the concrete precast or construction industry. * Strong understanding of precast concrete products, applications, and industry standards. * Proven ability to identify and close business opportunities, with a focus on relationship-building and consultative sales. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
