Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities * Great company culture * Competitive pay & incentives * Leveraging technology Responsibilities: - Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants - Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms - Process rental applications and conduct background checks - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately - Maintain organized records of leasing activities and resident interactions - Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operations Experience: - Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role preferred - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of property leasing procedures and industry regulations - Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) - Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues with professionalism - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships - Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as AppFolio is a plus As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in attracting and retaining residents for our property.
