Job Overview We are a growing mid-sized company, seeking a knowledgeable Sales Representative with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of the construction sector, particularly in areas such as Dump Truck Services, Aggregates-Stone, Hydrovac Daylighting, and dirt sales, along with Roll-off dumpster solutions. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. * Manage account relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support. * Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement in sales strategies. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Qualifications: * 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role or business development position. * Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic. * Results-driven with the ability to work under little supervision. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
