Responsibilities: * Contact pre-qualified leads who are actively seeking insurance. * Convert leads into long-term clients by offering customized insurance solutions. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and communication. * Stay organized with the support of an advanced CRM system, setting and tracking goals. * Collaborate with our service team, who will handle all client service-related tasks. * Use AI-driven tools and continuous live training to refine your sales strategies and product knowledge. Qualifications: * A valid insurance license is required. * Strong emotional intelligence, goal-oriented mindset, and high-level work ethic. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
