Job Description: Cleveland Lumber Company is searching for a self-motivated, industry- knowledgeable salesperson focused on customer retention and loyalty as well as cultivating new business. Responsibilities include: * Identifying potential customers across industries * Quoting lumber, building materials, and specialty products to current and potential customers * Growing existing customer base through active prospecting * Working with the inside sales team to provide a comprehensive and positive experience for every customer * Maintaining personal sales records * Achieving predetermined sales goals * Visiting job sites to determine customers' needs and level of satisfaction * Evaluating account revenue and profitability * Working with warehouse, yard, and ordering staff to ensure products and materials are available Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED; four-year degree preferred * Valid driver's license * Industry sales experience; 3-5 years preferred * Computer and technology (mobile) proficiency * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to effectively represent the company and products to prospective customers * Comfort working in a team-based environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Cell phone reimbursement * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
