Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - $150K+ Potential | Paid Training | W-2 with Benefits Location: Littleton, CO (Local Travel Required - Denver Metro Area) Company: OnPoint Contracting Overview: OnPoint Contracting is a fast-growing, family-owned roofing company based in Littleton, Colorado. We are seeking driven, coachable sales professionals ready to earn $150K+ annually with full training and support. We offer a full-time W-2 position with a base salary, uncapped commissions, and benefits. Responsibilities: * Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing * Close residential roofing contracts * Perform roof inspections (must be comfortable using a 32' ladder) * Attend insurance adjuster meetings and communicate with production teams * Manage sales activities and leads using CRM tools (SalesRabbit, JobTread) Requirements: * Sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, alarms, pest control, etc.) * Comfortable working outdoors and using ladders * Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel around the Denver Metro area * Strong communication and customer service skills * Self-driven, competitive, and team-oriented attitude About OnPoint Contracting: At OnPoint Contracting, we believe in treating every home like our own.
