Office Relations Manager Office Culture Expectations * Nurture an office culture of respect, inclusion, diversity, and tolerance for all employees * Manage all day to day operations of the agency including employee relations, customer service expectations, and sales goals. * Office Manager will have full autonomy to build and maintain a high performing office. Customer Account Management Expectations * Level 1 manager of all customer complaints or escalated concerns. * Conduct insurance reviews and coverage consultations for current customers. * Manage the claims process between agents office , corporate , and customer. * Assisting team members in figuring out complex problems. * Work with claims managers and underwriting matters in complex situations Administrative and General Office Expectations * Bank Deposits * Open and close office * Grow our online presence and impact in the community. * Payroll Sales and Customer Service Expectations * Sales and Service of Auto, Home, and life insurance policies * Conduct weekly sales and service meetings with 5 office employees * Consistently hold the office accountable to achieving Ambassador Club and SVP club on an annual basis * Assist in coordinating quarterly team member "bonding" events. * Office manager will have mimimum sales expectations Licensing Requirements * Property and Casualty Insurance License * Life Insurance License * Health Insurance License Compensation * $45,000-$55,000 Base Compensation * Bonuses available based upon team goals * Life Insurance * Disability Insurance * Health Insurance * PTO and Sick days Hours * Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5pm Location * Westland, MI Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Life insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: * Dearborn Heights, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Management: 6 years (Preferred) * Administrative experience: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
