We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in sales and customer service to join our team. This is an on-site position, NO remote work applicants. Job Summary: The Customer Sales Representative is the first point of contact for potential clients in a personal injury law firm. Experience: Previous experience in customer service and sales is highly desirable. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Multi-tasker, quick thinker, and ability to understand quickly is very important. High level of organization and attention to detail. Proficiency in using case management software and other office tools (Casepeer, G-Suite, DocuSign) is a plus.
