This role requires delivering exceptional customer service, making informed product recommendations, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities * Negotiate and finalize sales to meet or exceed performance targets. * Promote Health, Life, and Supplemental insurance products to foster business growth. * Leverage technical knowledge to provide tailored advice to clients. * Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey. * Generate and nurture leads through warm calling and other proactive activities. Qualifications * Exceptional communication skills to articulate product details and benefits effectively. * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on cultivating lasting client relationships. * Proficiency with technology, including computers, CRM systems, and related software.
