Requirements: * Experience submitting/managing government or municipal bids * Experience with the government or municipal bid process * Familiarity with commercial or industrial construction is a plus * Excellent computer skills (Microsoft, Adobe) * Prior bid experience * Excellent comprehension skills * Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task * Complete pre-qualification questionnaires Full Job Description: * Responsible for managing solicitation and bid writing process from start to finish. * Will be responsible for reading and understanding bid in its entirety * Read and understand government solicitations and prepare comprehensive proposal packages * Must prepare and submit proposals on time * Schedule and coordinate activities to develop effective bid proposals * Write content for bids ensuring they comply with the specification * Review, edit and write supplementary documents for the bid process Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36.00 - $44.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: * Tarpon Springs, FL 34689: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
