Life & Disability producer license preferred or willingness to obtain immediately. * Experience: * Minimum 2 years of strong insurance sales and service experience (Farmers Insurance experience is a plus). * Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. * Skills: * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). * Strong computer and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
