We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team as Roofing Sales Consultants. Don't have experience? Don't worry as our hands on sales training will have you making 100k+ in your first year joining. We are willing to train anyone that is a hustler, that is willing to learn and has a non-stop work ethic, regardless if male or female. If you are hungry, a go getter, and ready to turn your life around this is the job for you. Job Type: Full/Part time Pay: $50,000 to $ 250,000 entirely commission based. The harder you work the more you make. Bonus opportunities available as well as company vehicles. There is no reason for you not to make 100K+ in your first year if you follow our easy to learn sales techniques. Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekends and evenings as wanted. Work as much or as little as you'd like. Trust us, you will want to be working everyday once you realize how much money there is to earn in this industry! Experience: Experience in sales is always preferred but in no way required. Responsibilities * Prospect and generate leads through networking, door-to-door canvassing, referrals, etc. * Conduct thorough exterior inspections and assessments to determine the condition of the home and any potential damages. * Assist homeowners throughout the insurance claim process to help restore their homes from storm damage. * Educate customers on our products, services, and industry standards to help them make informed decisions. * Close deals to achieve sales targets and goals. * Maintain relationships with existing customers and foster new business opportunities. * Over-seeing jobs from start to finish and communicating with the customer throughout the process.
