Responsibilities Responsibilities * Follow all guidance on training to increase your productivity. * Learn all real estate skills for contracts/legal. * Make 150 calls per day. * Learn all scripts/dialogues to provide great customer service. * Shadow meetings/appointments with top producing agents. * Shadow team members. * Go on appointments with consumers. Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
