Overview Health Alliance Administrators, Inc. is looking for professionals who pride themselves on exceeding customer standards, building partnerships, and solving problems. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to be responsible for assisting our agents with managing and renewing their large group business. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned agents. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide timely solutions. Handle day-to-day inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate requests. Provide expert advice on strategies to maintain low cost and desired benefits for group clients. Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of experience with large group medical benefits. * Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes both remote and office-based requirements. * Proficiency in daily, active use of Excel and CRM systems. * Commitment and dependability. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to engage agents/clients with sincerity. * Problem solver. * Utilize training resources as a first attempt to find answers. * Ability to confidently learn new computer programs. * Excellent organizational and planning skills. * Effectively communicate with a broad cross-section of people. * Ability to self-motivate. * Consistently demonstrates high levels of integrity.
