We are looking for a rockstar sales person to develop into a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (license not required) who procures residential investment properties. This role will be a remote but this position will require you to visit properties in Metro Detroit, so reliable transportation is a must. Responsibilities: * Quickly qualify opportunities and gauge motivation * Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients * Cultivate and nurture leads * Effectively build rapport and gain trust w/sellers * Work directly with sellers to identify their property's condition * Use comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition * Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts * Document and update sales activity in our CRM This is a sophisticated and strategic approach to real estate investment.
