Duties * Engage with potential customers through outbound calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and set appointments. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities effectively. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and strategies for growth. * Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals in a timely manner. * Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing sales deals. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
