About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team. In this role, you'll be a key player in supporting our sales initiatives, amplifying our marketing presence, and enhancing B2B customer experiences across multiple channels. From strategic communications and CRM management to trade show support and campaign execution, your work will directly influence how we grow, engage, and serve our retail partners. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with the Sales team to manage day-to-day B2B operations and support revenue-driving initiatives. * Assist in managing sales pipelines, lead tracking, and client communications via our CRM (HubSpot preferred). * Coordinate and contribute to sales presentations, client proposals, product sheets, and branded marketing materials. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor insights, and emerging trends. * Support trade show planning and execution, including travel logistics, booth setup, and on-site client engagement. * Provide outstanding customer service to wholesale clients and retail partners through proactive communication and follow-up. * Assist in crafting and executing B2B marketing campaigns--email, social media, digital assets, and more. * Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards using Excel or other tools, tracking performance and key metrics. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand and customer experience. * Help manage administrative tasks to keep sales operations smooth and organized. What We 're Looking For * Proven experience in sales, business support, or customer-facing roles--preferably in eCommerce, retail, or wholesale. * Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and best-in-class customer service practices. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional, polished, and confident. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. * Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot. * A creative mindset with an eye for marketing and branding. * Experience in inside sales, client outreach, or account management is a plus. * Ability to travel for trade shows and client meetings as needed. * Positive, proactive, and team-oriented--you bring the energy!
