@Work Personnel Services is looking for a B2B Sales Representative for the Northern New Jersey area! Must be driven & assertive. Must possess a positive and outgoing personality. *2 years business to business sales experience preferred $80,000-$100,000/yr plus bonuses (DOE) *Mileage reimbursement, reliable transportation required Responsibilities/Requirements: Prior Staffing Experience Sales Preferred * Present, promote and sell staffing services to existing and prospective customers * Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships * In person cold-calling is a must * Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely, effective manner. * Excellent communication skills * Prior staffing experience in light industrial field preferred * Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends * Continuously improve through feedback * Knowledge of MS Office. * Highly motivated/self-motivated and target driven * Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Ability to create and deliver presentations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
