Roles and Responsibilities: * Engaged in telemarketing and research for selling into the USA market. * Identify and securing new opportunities to key clients. * Drive customer satisfaction in terms of needs identification, response and relationship management. * Customer database management encompasses profile creation, validation and data integrity. * The Persons: * Possess at least a Diploma with at least 3 years relevant working experience. * Strong English and communication skills - both verbal and written. * Possess data mining and data analysis skills. * Telemarketing experience in IT solution field will be an added advantage. * Strong networking skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within an organization. * Self drive, results oriented individual with a passion for excellence.
