Kings Security Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, proactive individual to join our team as a Front Office Assistant and Sales Support Specialist. In this dynamic role, you'll support daily administrative functions and play a key role in our sales process by assisting with lead generation, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our field sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong multitasking ability, and a results-driven mindset. Experience in security services is a plus, but not required. The right candidate will be eager to contribute to both operations and growth efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: * Assist with billing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, petty cash collection, and licensing documentation. * Maintain organized client files, office inventory, and general administrative operations. * Coordinate mail, correspondence, and documentation for insurance and site-related matters. * Support office logistics and ensure smooth day-to-day function. Sales & Appointment Scheduling: * Make approximately 15 -25 outbound calls per day to qualify leads and schedule appointments. * Assist the sales team with scoping territories and managing prospect databases. * Follow up on inbound and outbound leads and set qualified meetings for sales reps. * Track and document lead activity, outcomes, and opportunities for follow-up. * Contribute to marketing efforts and proposals to help meet sales targets. Customer Service & Front Desk Operations: * Answer and manage phone calls, screen inquiries, and provide service information. * Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional and responsive support. * Handle scheduling requests and ensure timely communication with both clients and internal teams. Additional Duties: * Take on miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the business manager or sales team leads. Qualifications: * 2-4 years of office experience, preferably with a sales or customer service background. * Previous experience in sales support, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a strong plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools. * Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset. Preferred Experience: * Experience in the security services industry or working with government contracts. * Familiarity with lead qualification processes and sales pipelines.
