Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, project management, and sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic plans to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market to drive growth through various methods including networking, email campaigns, and cold calling. * Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals. * Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer relationship management. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business initiatives. * Track and report on sales performance and client feedback to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications * Candidates must possess a strong IT background, with a preference for experience in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and technology consulting. * 3 or more years of sales experience with a proven track record of success. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Proficient in customer relationship management practices. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. * Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
