Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our services, and generating leads that contribute to the growth of our business. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a self-paced environment. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services. * Utilize effective sales techniques to engage prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of clients and prospects. * Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving customer outreach. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients. * Assist in business development efforts by identifying new marketing opportunities and potential clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred. * Familiarity with contractor services is a plus. * Strong understanding of business development principles and practices. * Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
