Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage customer accounts. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction. * Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. * Negotiate contracts, close sales, and follow up to ensure seamless onboarding and service. * Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. * Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. * Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend networking events or trade shows.
