DO NOT CONTACT PRACTICE DIRECTLY Prestigious plastic surgery practice in Manhattan is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to oversee high-level patient relations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in a luxury-brand environment and a proven track record in sales, with 5+ years equivalent sales and customer service experience, demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast- paced setting, along with expertise in sales metrics and reporting. Passion, kowledge and experience in the aesthetic sector is required. The successful candidate will possess a dynamic personality, a polished presentation, exceptional customer service skills, and strong digital proficiency. This role requires proven project and operations management experience and superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in data reporting, analysis, accountability, and strategic planning is essential. Key responsibilities include actively driving practice growth and key initiatives, and overseeing the operations and expansion of our onsite Medspa and Operating Suite. Key Responsibilities * Exceed revenue objectives and consultation conversion goals * Educate patients on all treatments, procedures, and financing options * Track and analyze metrics to improve consultation conversion rates * Conduct confirmation calls, follow-up emails, and post-treatment consultations * Develop business partnerships through targeted outreach * Implement marketing initiatives and manage patient loyalty programs * Generate analytical reports on business performance * Manage and actively oversee operational work flow, staff resource utilization and productivity, and assist front desk operations as needed Requirements * Outstanding communication and consultative selling skills * Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology (5+ years) * Ability to generate, track, and analyze data and metrics * Computer proficiency and positive team attitude * 4 year college degree and 5+ years equivalent sales and customer service experience, 3+ years of luxury sector experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Luxury: 5 years (Required) * Aesthetic: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In personConfidential
