Full description of the position
Overview 30% to 50% of Compensation is Salaried. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our specialty products including trash and linen chutes, operable partitions, through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. You will leverage your knowledge of products to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities * Take project bid invites, do takeoff and get manufacturing pricing, put quote together, and submit quotes to bidding GC's * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up. * Follow-up on quotes to dermine winning GC offer cost savings options if needed. * Negotiate terms and close sales in a professional manner. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions. * Read scope exhibits in contracts for accuracy and negotiated parameters. * Participate in scope meetings to negotiate terms with GC's * Prepare budgets for project costs and profit with bonus and commision calculated. Qualifications * Background in construction as PM, Estimator, Project Coordinator, Etc. * Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales is preferred. * Strong understanding of software products and services. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Proficiency in using Google Suite Applications including Sheets, BlueBeam PDF. * Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value. * Knowledge of construction subcontracting processes * Ability to work in Spreadsheets, Google drive, Procor, Planhub, BlueBeam, Adobe, and other construction software platforms.
