As part of a small team, your responsibilities will go beyond sales - you'll be involved in all aspects of the dealership's daily operations, but your primary job will be to call leads to bring in customers. Other duty's will be assisting customers with vehicle issues post-sale, helping with payments, moving vehicles around the lot, or filling out reports, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly. Your total pay package can range from $3,000-$5,000 per month on average, depending on performance. Here's the breakdown: * Hourly Pay : At $10/hour for 40 hours a week, you'll earn $1,733.00/month (before tax). * Commission : Our commission structure rewards your performance and can add an additional $1,200 - $3,600 per month before tax, based on the number of vehicles sold and total sales volume. * Total Estimated Monthly Earnings : With hourly pay plus commission, your total earnings should be around $4,000/month. This can vary based on sales and individual performance. Key Responsibilities: As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including: * Sales : Calling leads to generate customers, greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process. Help customers select vehicles based on their preferences, budget, and financing options. * Post-Sale Support : Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have after the sale, ensuring a smooth ownership experience. * Payment Processing : Take payments, process transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping. * Vehicle Management : Move vehicles around the lot, keeping the display area organized and ensuring all vehicles are ready for customer viewings. * Administrative Tasks : Fill out reports, maintain accurate inventory records, and handle other dealership paperwork. * General Support : Pitch in wherever needed--whether it's helping with vehicle preparation, supporting the team, or managing customer inquiries. Because we are a small dealership, everyone is expected to pitch in wherever needed. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help out with a variety of tasks are essential.Requirements: * No prior experience in automotive sales necessary; we'll provide training. * Must have a positive, customer-focused attitude and enjoy working with people. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable handling a variety of tasks, including sales, administration, and customer service. * Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No weekends!). * Spanish speaking required * Valid driver's license required.
