Clarke-Rush is seeking a driven individual with at least 5 years of experience to fill the role of HVAC Comfort Advisor, servicing Sacramento, CA, and surrounding areas. Clarke-Rush is a well-known HVAC contractor in Sacramento with over 60 years of trust and dedication to customer relationships. The HVAC Comfort Advisor role requires effective appointment-setting and closing skills, a passion for exceeding customer expectations, a flexible work schedule, and exemplary verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and personable. This position comes with support from a dynamic team, access to a large client database, and a performance-driven management team that prioritizes doing things right the first time. Responsibilities: * Strive for nothing less than a 5-star customer experience with every interaction. * Listen to and educate customers about their HVAC equipment sales options. * Present yourself as knowledgeable and professional while providing information on HVAC systems. * Work with the customer service team and HVAC Service Technicians to ensure success. * Actively participate in all training sessions and meetings. * Develop and cultivate professional relationships. * Review daily sales proposals and paperwork submitted by HVAC field personnel to ensure all information is accurately recorded. * Address employee and client concerns with urgency. * Track sales statistics, profit/loss margins, and other relevant data. * Perform other duties as assigned, understand the company reserves the right to add or change duties as needed. Qualifications: * Must have at least 5 years of HVAC sales experience. * Proven track record in meeting sales targets * A passion for exceptional service is essential. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. * Must be team-oriented and capable of working independently. * Strong organizational skills are necessary. * A strong work ethic is essential. * Demonstrate the highest level of integritydoing the right thing even when no one is watching. * An engaging and enthusiastic personality that fits well in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. * Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. * Strong relationship-building skills with various internal and external contacts. * Strong decision-making abilities are essential. * Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus. Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb stairs/ladders. * Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. * Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. * Work in both extreme heat and cold weather when necessary
