What You'll Do: Respond to inbound leads and reach out to prospective clients via phone, text, and email Educate clients on affordable health insurance plans Listen to each client's unique needs and recommend personalized solutions Handle client questions, objections, and follow-ups with professionalism and care Work closely with a supportive team to hit personal and team sales goals Maintain CRM records and follow-up sequences What We Offer: Uncapped earning potential - Top reps earn $75K-$120K+ annually Paid training & continued education in sales and insurance Warm leads provided - No cold calling from scratch Supportive leadership and team culture Daily sales tips, motivation, and mentorship We 're Looking For: Strong communication and people skills Competitive but coachable mindset Self-motivated and reliable Experience in sales, call centers, insurance, or customer service is a PLUS (but not required) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be willing to obtain a health insurance license (we'll guide you!)
