A global industrial parts distributor in the Greenville, SC is looking for an Inside Sales to join their team. This is a full-time and direct hire position. Inside Sales Responsibilities: * Create purchase orders based on customer's forecast, and arrange delivery schedule. * Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving as well as update daily inventory for multiple locations. * Communicate with customers and vendors regarding any inquiries. Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer request * Respond to customer's urgent request and arrange expedite delivery schedule. * Handle import business from overseas. * Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry/processing, etc. * Other duties as assigned Inside Sales Requirements: * Collage Degree or experience with similar roles * 2-3 years' experience in an office environment is strongly preferred. * Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Must be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment * Must be able to work responsibly and effectively Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc., has been one of the leading recruiting firms in North America when it comes to working with Japanese Businesses for over 20 years.
