Job Summary We are seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll connect with potential customers, assess their HVAC needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our commitment to quality and sustainability. You'll play a key part in growing our customer base and delivering the superior service Elite Heating and Air Conditioning is known for. Responsibilities - Identify, connect with, and develop relationships with new and existing residential and commercial customers. - Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions. - Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes based on assessments and Elite's standards. - Collaborate with our technical team to ensure proper execution and customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and financing options to provide well-informed guidance. - Follow up on leads, manage pipeline, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications in CRM software. Qualifications - Proven experience in HVAC sales, ideally within residential or commercial sectors. - Strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to effectively communicate technical information. - Exceptional customer service skills with a consultative sales approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
