Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a passion for helping customers find the right window treatments and solutions to meet their needs. As a Salesperson, you will start off in our show room to learn the products. Eventually you will go on shop at home appointments where you bring sample books, measure and sell the job. Responsibilities * Engage with the customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, features, and benefits. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. * Assist in maintaining store presentation standards, including answering phones, scheduling appointments and inventory management. * Accurately measure window and door openings * Work up quotes and invoices * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Skills * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Proven sales skills or experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required. * Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customers. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
