Position Overview: As a Commercial Sales Associate , you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our commercial client base. This role is heavily focused on B2B sales and requires proactive cold prospecting, relationship building, and a keen understanding of the commercial painting industry. You will work closely with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers to identify their painting needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: * B2B Sales & Cold Prospecting: * Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging digital tools. * Identify and target key decision-makers in industries such as commercial real estate, property management, general contractors, and more. * Set up meetings, follow up on leads, and build a robust sales pipeline. * Client Needs Assessment: * Conduct on-site visits and meetings with potential clients to assess their painting needs. * Provide accurate and detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines. * Present CertaPro Painters' value propositions and differentiate our services from competitors. * Sales & Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. * Manage and grow accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. * Market Research: * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions. * Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets to target for growth. * Reporting & Goal Tracking: * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status using CRM tools. * Meet and exceed sales goals and targets, with a focus on growth and profitability. Qualifications: * Experience: * Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the commercial painting, construction, or related industries. * Experience in cold prospecting, lead generation, and sales development. * Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to close deals. * Skills: * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to present and explain complex services in a clear and compelling way. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. * Other: * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Familiarity with CRM software and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.). * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
