Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Professional to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with clients, managing inbound inquiries, attending industry events, and supporting business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a client-first mindset, and a passion for building strong, lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Client Interfacing: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. * In-person Client Outreach: visiting client's office to introduce a product or service on a day to day basis. * Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify potential business opportunities through various channels, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships. * Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, business fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote services and develop new leads. * Relationship Management: Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. * Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth. * Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and growth strategies are aligned. * Reporting: Track business development activities, client interactions, and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools; report progress to leadership. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Confident public speaker with a professional demeanor for events and client meetings. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Willing to go from client to client to win business deals * Willingness to travel to interface with clients Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience attending and representing companies at trade shows or business events. * Familiarity with B2B sales and partnership development. * Background in Business Development.
