HELLO!! We are looking for a motivated and energetic HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products and services to residential and commercial customers. You'll work closely with our team to build lasting relationships and provide outstanding customer service while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: * Generate new business by identifying prospects and reaching out via phone, email, and in-person meetings. * Present HVAC products, solutions, and services to potential clients, including system upgrades, installations, and maintenance services. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Prepare accurate and detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts. * Follow up with leads and close sales. * Provide technical support and product information to customers when needed. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings. * Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Proven experience in HVAC sales, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and industry terminology. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive for success. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (preferred).
