Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lot Porter to join our dynamic team at Team Mazda El Cajon. As a Lot Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization and cleanliness of our dealership lot, providing exceptional support to our sales and service departments, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities: * Maintain the dealership lot by organizing vehicles and ensuring they are displayed neatly and attractively. * Assist in moving, parking, and retrieving vehicles as needed. * Keep the lot and showroom areas clean and free of debris. * Assist in preparing vehicles for customer delivery. * Support the sales and service departments with various tasks as requested. * Maintain inventory records and perform routine vehicle checks. * Ensure the dealership lot is well-lit and secure during non-business hours. * Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications: * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Customer-focused mindset. * Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
