Duties * Conduct in-home consultations to asses clients' needs and provide expert recommendations on products and services. * Deliver engaging and professional sales presentations to close deals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Use strong negotiating skills to achieve sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction. * Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. * Meet or exceed company quotas by consistently closing deals in a competitive market. * Participate in ongoing training program to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge. * Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to expand your network and represent the company. Skills * Schedule and prioritize sales activities to optimize time and productivity. * Accurately update CRM systems with client information, sales activity, and pipeline status. * Conduct follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities for products and services. * Problem solving- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience. * Self-starter with the drive to work independently and in team settings to achieve results. * Ability to present a polished and professional image to clients. * Basic understanding of Home Improvement products and services.
