Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences in luxury vehicles. * Sales Expertise: Present and demonstrate luxury vehicles to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options. * Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in the luxury vehicle market, including new models, competitors, and industry developments. * Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Follow-Up: Provide exceptional post-sale support, following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage referrals. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive dealership atmosphere. Qualifications: * Proven experience in luxury vehicle sales or a related field. * Additional language skills are a plus. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Knowledge of luxury vehicles and automotive industry trends. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
