Salary: FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. Your Responsibilities: The Global Key Account Manager - Automotive will report to the Vice President of Sales - Industrial Division and will be responsible for the development and implementation of local and global sales strategies at the OEM and Tier levels within the Automotive market segment. This position will coordinate with the Head of Global Business Segment - Automotive as well as local and global sales teams to define and carry out a structured, aligned sales process within their respective customer portfolio to include: global contracts, global pricing, & sales forecasting and budgeting. Travel: * It is expected that this position will have up to 50% travel within the US, Canada, and Mexico with occasional travel to the EU Qualifications we are looking for: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business required. * At least 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products required. Experience in the Lubricants or Chemical industries preferred. * Strong business development acumen with knowledge and experience of consultative selling principles * Key Account experience - preferably at the OEM level * CRM experience (Salesforce desired) * Solid understanding of direct selling concepts along with product and industry knowledge * Ability to foster collaborative relationships across inter-company departments and divisions * Ability to travel overnight when needed * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills These are your benefits: FUCHS offers a challenging and rewarding working environment where employees are encouraged to develop and grow as professionals.
