Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. * Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately using POS systems. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. * Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and drive sales. * Supervise and support new team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism. * Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations as necessary. * Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering calls or assisting customers over the phone.
